Cancellation Policy:

 

The Hideout requires 24 hours notice, by phone, text, or email, if you need to cancel your appointment. If not you will be charged 100% of your treatment. If a client cancels within 24 hours of their booking, without prior notice, the business owner retains the right to charge a deposit or full payment upon their next booking.
