Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and to protect appointment availability, please note the following:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

This policy allows me to offer appointment availability to other clients and honours the time and preparation that goes into each treatment.
